Who We Are ...
Ahtanum Pioneer Church is a conservative, evangelical church with a high view of God's word.
We are a Christ-centered church where Christ is worshipped and exalted. Our church is committed to God's Word, worship, fellowship and prayer (Acts 2:42-47). We are a Bible believing church where the Word of God is central in our ministries - especially teaching and preaching (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 4:2). We are a missions oriented church with a strong passion to win, build-up, equip and send out believers to reach the lost for Christ (Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 4:11-16; Colossians 1:18-19). We are a family oriented church where ministries are designed to meet the spiritual needs of every member. Wholesome and godly living and family values are taught, reinforced and developed (1 Corinthians 12:12-26; Colossians 3:12-17. |

On May 11, 1873, the pioneers officially organized the Ahtanum Congregational Church with nine charter members. It later became Ahtanum Pioneer Church. The current worship center was completed in 1977 completely debt-free. It was dedicated on September 18, 1977. Work began in the summer of 2000 on a multi-purpose facility (known as “the Ark”) on land across the street from the church. This building contains a full-size gym, kitchen and classrooms which are used by many ministries of APC. For over 140 years Ahtanum Pioneer Church has been dedicated to reaching the lost for Christ, growing in Christlike maturity, and magnifying God in worship ... |
